Submit this form to request setup of a new aircraft asset in your lease and asset management system. This form collects the minimum required information and supporting documents to create a shell record. Additional details and documents will be requested by Zeevo after initial setup.

2. Asset Identification

Please enter the information exactly as it appears in your official records. If you are unsure, refer to your lease agreement or technical documentation.

Aircraft Type / Model(Required)

Enter the aircraft type and model.

Manufacturer Serial Number (MSN)(Required)

Enter the aircraft's Manufacturer Serial Number exactly as it appears on the aircraft records. Double-check for accuracy — an incorrect MSN will delay setup. Numeric, 4–8 digits.

Aircraft Registration(Required)

Enter the aircraft's current registration mark. Alphanumeric, max 10 characters.

Date of Purchase(Required)

Enter the date the asset was acquired by the current owner.

Date of Delivery to Lessee(Required)

Enter the date the aircraft was delivered to the lessee under the current lease.

Owner(Required)

Enter the full legal entity name of the aircraft owner / lessor of record.

Portfolio(Required)

Enter the portfolio or fund designation as used in your organization's internal records.

Lessor(Required)

Enter the full legal entity name of the lessor. This may be the same as the Owner or a separate SPV or servicer.

Lessee(Required)

Enter the full legal entity name of the lessee.

3. Asset Type & Source

Is this aircraft newly delivered from OEM or pre-owned?

Select whether this aircraft is newly delivered from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or is a pre-owned aircraft.

4. Required Document Confirmation

For each required document, confirm it is available in your lease document and technical records repository and upload where requested. All required documents must be confirmed before submitting — if a required document is not available, the form cannot be submitted.

OEM-Delivered Aircraft Documents

LG Identifiable Parts List(Required)

Confirm this document is available in your records repository. This lists all identifiable parts on the landing gear assemblies at delivery.

Weight and Balance Report(Required)

Confirm this document is available in your records repository. This establishes the aircraft's certified weight and balance data at delivery.

Flight Log Summary (Boeing) / PATR (Airbus)(Required)

Confirm this document is available in your records repository. This records flight hours, cycles, and utilization data at delivery.

Export Certificate of Airworthiness(Required)

Confirm this document is available in your records repository. This certifies the aircraft met airworthiness standards at the time of export.

APU Log Book(Required)

Confirm the APU Log Book is available in your records repository. This records the APU's total time, cycles, and shop visit history.

EDS (Engine Data Submittal)(Required)

Confirm the Engine Data Submittal is available in your records repository. This provides engine utilization and spec data at delivery.

AIR (Airbus) / ARL (Boeing) / OEM Delivery Documents

Confirm OEM-specific delivery documentation is available, if applicable to this aircraft.

Pre-Owned Aircraft Documents

Technical Specification from Seller (incl. engine LLP disk sheets)(Required)

Upload the Technical Specification received from the seller. This document should include engine LLP disk sheets and establishes the aircraft's baseline technical status at acquisition. PDF preferred.

Signed Lease Agreement + All Lease-Related Documents(Required)

Confirm all lease-related documents are available in your lease document repository. This includes the base lease agreement and all amendments, side letters, and assignments. Entering the base lease alone without amendments risks recording superseded commercial terms.
