Lease Logic | Permanent Component Swap / Change Request

Submit this form to notify Zeevo of a permanent component swap or change (engine, APU, landing gear) on an asset managed in your lease and asset management system. This ensures correct technical and financial tracking, especially for maintenance reserve (MR) payers.

1. Requestor Information

2. Asset & Component Identification

Identifies the specific aircraft and component position affected by the replacement. Please double-check all serial numbers for accuracy — incorrect serial numbers will delay processing.
Enter the Manufacturer Serial Number of the aircraft on which the component swap is occurring. Double-check for accuracy — an incorrect MSN will delay processing. Numeric, 4–8 digits.
Select the type of component being replaced.

Enter the serial number of the contractual component currently installed on the aircraft. Cannot be blank. Must not match Replacement Serial Number.

3. Swap Details

This section determines whether a system update is required, what documentation is needed, and whether MR review is triggered. Permanent swaps require supporting legal documentation. Temporary removals and pooling arrangements for non-contractual components require no system update.
