This internship offers an opportunity to build skills across a range of high-impact functions including asset management, technical data analysis, and financial compliance.

Description

The Aviation Finance & Asset Management Intern will support our team in enhancing the integrity and efficiency of client deliverables through data validation, operational analysis, and documentation development. The intern will contribute to cross-functional projects, including client reporting, system testing, and maintenance reserve auditing.

Potential responsibilities include:

• Drafting and reviewing user acceptance test scenarios for asset data platforms

• Analyzing aircraft utilization and technical records for lessor clients

• Validating dashboard metrics and KPIs for reporting accuracy

• Writing and refining user stories for product and process improvement

• Supporting audits of maintenance reserve funds and related financial models

• Preparing and organizing documentation related to aircraft transitions, compliance, and asset tracking

• Other responsibilities as needed

This is a collaborative role with exposure to real asset data and engagement across aviation finance, compliance, and analytics.

Skills & Experience

• Background in aviation finance, aircraft maintenance, or technical asset management
• Comfortable working with large datasets and financial models
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated to learn
• Ability to respond effectively and quickly to clients’ needs and issues
• Ability and desire to work within a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong client service and time management and project delivery skills
• Strategic thinker and strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with aircraft lease terms, redelivery conditions, or airworthiness standards is helpful by not required
• Must have a solid track record in business and excellent people skills
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and present highly professional, effective presentations for both business and technical audiences
• Highly skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Ability to learn quickly

Education Level

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Aviation Finance or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business also beneficial.
